These General Conditions govern the relations between SAS LE MILLENAIRE, having its head office at 4 Rue Bertin, 51100 REIMS \u2013 FRANCE, registered under SIRET 339 671 448 00027, operating the restaurant LE MILLENAIRE (hereinafter the \u201cCompany\u201d). 'on the one hand, and on the other hand any natural or legal person (hereinafter the \"Customer\") wishing to place an order within the restaurant LE MILLENAIRE or via the website\u00a0https:\/\/www.lemillenaire.com<\/a>\u00a0(hereinafter the \u201cWebsite\u201d). The Customer expressly acknowledges having read and be bound by these General Conditions once he has checked the box \u201cI accept the General Conditions\u201d as part of the online purchase or order process.<\/p>

Article 4: Descriptions and methods of making distance sales<\/span><\/h5>

These General Conditions of distance selling govern the contractual relationship between, on the one hand, the Company and, on the other hand, each Customer placing an order by telephone or via the Website. Une fois l\u2019inscription effectu\u00e9e, un e-mail r\u00e9capitulatif est envoy\u00e9 au Client \u00e0 l\u2019adresse de courrier \u00e9lectronique renseign\u00e9e. L\u2019adresse de livraison indiqu\u00e9e doit \u00eatre aussi pr\u00e9cise que possible (num\u00e9ro de b\u00e2timent, d\u2019\u00e9tage, digicode, etc.), afin de permettre une livraison dans les meilleures conditions. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable en cas d\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de livraison due \u00e0 des renseignements erron\u00e9s ou incomplets.<\/p>

Article 6: Price<\/span><\/h5>

The prices of products ordered on the Website are visible at the time of consultation of the Website. Il appartient au Client de remplir l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des champs du formulaire pr\u00e9cit\u00e9, et d\u2019indiquer notamment la date \u00e0 laquelle il souhaite b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des prestations de restauration ainsi que le service (d\u00e9jeuner \u2013 d\u00eener), l\u2019horaire et le nombre de couverts souhait\u00e9s. En cas d\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9 concernant la date de r\u00e9servation demand\u00e9e, le service de r\u00e9servation peut lui proposer, si possible, une alternative qu\u2019il appartient au Client de demander, d\u2019accepter ou de refuser. Apr\u00e8s acceptation de la r\u00e9servation, une confirmation r\u00e9capitulant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la demande de r\u00e9servation (date, service, heure, nombre de couverts\u2026) sera adress\u00e9e au Client. Il appartient au Client de v\u00e9rifier les \u00e9l\u00e9ments indiqu\u00e9s et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de porter \u00e0 la connaissance de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais toute erreur commise dans le cadre du processus de r\u00e9servation. Dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 le Client ne recevrait pas de confirmation de sa r\u00e9servation par courrier \u00e9lectronique, il lui appartient de contacter la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais. Le Client r\u00e9glera le montant de l\u2019addition correspondant aux prestations fournies au sein du restaurant LE MILLENAIRE directement et en totalit\u00e9 sur place, au jour pr\u00e9vue lors de la r\u00e9servation. Article 4 : Descriptions et modalit\u00e9s de prise de vente \u00e0 distance Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente \u00e0 distance r\u00e9gissent la relation contractuelle entre d\u2019une part, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et, d\u2019autre part, chaque Client passant commande par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou via le Site Internet. Dans le cadre du bon de commande sur le Site Internet, le clic que le Client ex\u00e9cute constituera la validation de sa commande et signifiera l\u2019acceptation enti\u00e8re et sans r\u00e9serve des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Le Client reconna\u00eet en outre avoir la capacit\u00e9 juridique de conclure le pr\u00e9sent contrat et avoir pris connaissance des pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales, pr\u00e9alablement \u00e0 la passation de sa commande. A ce titre, passer commande sur le Site Internet implique une adh\u00e9sion sans r\u00e9serve de la part du Client aux Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales en vigueur le jour de la commande et disponibles sur le Site Internet. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019adapter ou de modifier les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales \u00e0 tout moment sans pr\u00e9avis. Ces modifications sont applicables et opposables au Client \u00e0 compter de leur mise en ligne sur le Site Internet et s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 toute commande post\u00e9rieure. La version des Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales applicable au moment o\u00f9 la commande est pass\u00e9e est disponible sur le Site Internet. Article 5 : Inscription sur le Site Internet La prise de commande via le Site Internet suppose une inscription en vue de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un compte client (ci-apr\u00e8s, le \u00ab Compte Client \u00bb). A cet effet, le Client remplit le formulaire d\u2019inscription disponible directement sur le Site Internet, choisit un identifiant associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une adresse de courrier \u00e9lectronique valide et un mot de passe. Il s\u2019engage \u00e0 garder ces informations strictement confidentielles et \u00e0 ne pas les communiquer \u00e0 des tiers, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter autant que possible tout risque d\u2019intrusion dans son Compte Client. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable d\u2019aucune utilisation non autoris\u00e9e du Compte Client par un tiers qui aurait eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019identifiant et au mot de passe correspondant, sans faute de la part de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et notamment si l\u2019identifiant et le mot de passe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9s \u00e0 un tiers par le Client ou en raison de sa n\u00e9gligence. Une fois l\u2019inscription effectu\u00e9e, un e-mail r\u00e9capitulatif est envoy\u00e9 au Client \u00e0 l\u2019adresse de courrier \u00e9lectronique renseign\u00e9e. L\u2019adresse de livraison indiqu\u00e9e doit \u00eatre aussi pr\u00e9cise que possible (num\u00e9ro de b\u00e2timent, d\u2019\u00e9tage, digicode, etc.), afin de permettre une livraison dans les meilleures conditions. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre tenue responsable en cas d\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de livraison due \u00e0 des renseignements erron\u00e9s ou incomplets. Article 6 : Prix Les prix des produits command\u00e9s sur le Site Internet sont visibles au moment de la consultation du Site Internet. Ils sont exprim\u00e9s en Euros, et sont appliqu\u00e9s pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de leur affichage sur le site internet. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourra \u00eatre tenue pour responsable en cas d\u2019\u00e9cart constat\u00e9 entre les prix sur le Site Internet et les prix en restaurant. Un minimum de commande pourra \u00eatre exig\u00e9e par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Les prix sont exprim\u00e9s en euros toutes taxes comprises. Ils tiennent compte de la TVA applicable au jour de la commande. Tout changement du taux de la TVA pourra \u00eatre r\u00e9percut\u00e9 sur les prix des produits.
